£27,574 to £30,455 per annum (negotiable on experience) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Join us in our fantastic role of Assistant Development and Delivery Manager, supporting us to build the right homes in the right places for our customers. Typical day as an Assistant Development and Delivery Manager
Working alongside our Development & Delivery colleagues across several sites, primarily in the North of the Tyne area, you will manage income and expenditure, and assist in delivering schemes against key performance targets.
You will help manage and deliver projects including project appraisals, data analysis, cashflows, contract programmes, scheme budgets, document management, site inspections, and property handovers.
Your excellent interpersonal skills will help maintain good relationships with developers, contractor partners, and internal teams.

You bring
A strong knowledge of residential-led development, project management, and the planning system, with experience in delivering on-site new homes is preferred but not essential. A passion for learning all aspects of land/development and professional project management is key.
Excellent organizational and written skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
An eye for detail, self-motivation, and a collaborative approach to delivering excellent service.

You will report to Sarah or Laura, our Senior Development and Delivery Managers, who are dedicated to delivering high-quality homes for our customers.
Job details
Working Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling around your commitments.
This is a hybrid role, with two days in the Newcastle Upon Tyne office and the rest working remotely. Some days may require site visits.
You should be comfortable using technology for project management, online learning, and collaboration.
