You will be joining the team at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home a lovely, 59 bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch offering affordable and high-quality care. As a Night Lead, You will oversee daily routines, manage care plans and assessments, run the keyworker system, and ensure accurate documentation and medication handling is in line with best practices. You will collaborate with families and healthcare professionals, take part in care shifts when needed, and support team development through mentoring and supervision. About the Night Lead role; Pay of £35,185.00 Per Annum 40 hours a week Supervise and support care staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to care plans and maintaining high-quality standards. Oversee the delivery of personalized care to residents with dementia, demonstrating empathy and understanding in challenging situations. Conduct regular rounds to assess residents' needs, respond to emergencies, and ensure a safe and secure environment. Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, reports, and updating resident records accurately. Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations and continuity of care between shifts.
