The Role
We have a great opportunity for a corporate / commercial solicitor to join a high‑performing, forward‑thinking team where your expertise and client engagement will shape the future of your career. We’re looking for a solicitor who is personable and thrives on variety, challenge, and impact.
Responsibilities:
* Private company acquisitions and disposals in the Scottish market
* High‑stakes private equity investments across exciting sectors such as interactive media, renewable technology, software (AI included), defence and clinical trials
* Corporate restructurings, management buy‑in transactions and employee ownership work
* Collaborative shareholder and joint venture agreements
* Cutting‑edge and innovative commercial contracts across industries
* Data protection, intellectual property, employee options and other niche specialities
* Base: choose between our vibrant Edinburgh or Glasgow offices
* Flexibility: after initial training, hybrid working tailored to your lifestyle and our clients’ businesses
* Collaboration: work across both offices with a team that values connection and innovation
* Work with high‑quality clients on headline‑making deals
