The role Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion Managing a caseload including freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership and transfers of equity Supervising and supporting support staff within the conveyancing team Maintaining file management standards in line with Lexcel and CQS requirements Dealing directly with clients, intermediaries and third parties Managing budgets and contributing to internal audits and compliance processes Supporting the Head of Conveyancing and contributing to departmental growth Actively participating in business development and strengthening local client relationships Completing ongoing competency and CQS training Do you enjoy building trusted relationships with clients and being part of a firm that values reputation and service just as much as technical ability?
