First off, it's best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here), it's not the norm on a job role spec, but I feel it's important you get introduced to who you may be working with for a long time early on. I'm Oscar, the CEO & Founder here at DFYNE. I'm looking for someone who's going to help drive our social media team & platforms to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
* Help develop and guide the social media team with new concepts & ideas.
* Ensuring all social output is engaging, on-brand and aimed at our target audiences.
* Plan, evaluate, monitor and continuously improve the social media teams strategies.
* Collaborate and communicate clearly with our creative teams to ensure high quality photo and video assets are produced.
* Foster a positive, engaged, and empowered community around the brand and product.
* Collaborate with our athlete management, campaign, product, customer care and events teams.
Experience Needed:
Absolutely none. We don't hire only on experience. However, an understanding of paid social media marketing would be beneficial
Skills:
* Communication.

* Enthusiasm for social media marketing.
