About the Role

As a Customer Experience Executive, you'll be the voice and heart of Simply Lunch for our customers—ensuring that every interaction is seamless, professional, and positive. From handling inquiries to resolving complaints, you'll work closely with teams across operations, marketing, and product development to ensure customers feel valued and supported.

This is not a reactive role—it's about taking initiative. You'll anticipate customer needs, reach out proactively before issues arise, and build long-term relationships rooted in trust.

What You'll Be Doing

* Delivering outstanding customer support across multiple channels with empathy and professionalism.

* Taking ownership of customer accounts—building relationships and driving satisfaction.

* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

* Proactively reaching out to customers (e.g., notifying them of delays before they even need to ask).

* Investigating and resolving complaints within agreed timelines, always keeping customers informed.

* Spotting opportunities to improve our processes and customer journeys.

* Supporting colleagues, mentoring new hires, and contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

* Proven customer service experience (B2B or similar environment preferred).

* Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with a warm, empathetic style.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

* Confidence with CRM systems and a knack for staying organised while juggling multiple tasks.

* A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

* Initiative-taking and resilient, always a step ahead when it comes to customer needs.

* Passion for food, people, and making a positive impact.
