The role:
* Partnering with managers on ER, performance, and absence
* Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding onwards
* Supporting payroll and HR processes
* Driving engagement, communication, and wellbeing initiatives
* Providing people data and insight to improve performance
About you:
* Solid generalist HR experience
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
* Confident dealing with managers and handling people challenges head-on
* Organised, proactive, and not afraid to get stuck in
