We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Technician to join a thriving school in Slough. The ideal candidate will support the science department in preparing resources, setting up experiments, and ensuring all health and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and maintain equipment and materials for science lessons.
* Support teachers with practical demonstrations and experiments.
* Ensure laboratories and equipment are safe, clean, and well-organised.
* Assist with stock control and inventory.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Science Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a lab setting.
