Job Description: ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to ongoing growth and a busy pipeline of work, my client is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a team and deliver projects. The team size will vary depending on the project, ranging from 1 Assistant to 6 Quantity Surveyors. You will manage client relationships, oversee sub-contractors, work on CVRs, and chase payments. The contracts will be ICC D&B (experience not required). Projects include signalling and power works, valued from £200K to £20M.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in Rail or Civil Engineering. Stability in employment, with around 3 years at each company, is preferred. Experience with Main Contractors is desirable. A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering is required.
