Senior UX & UI Designer
TGG is looking for a Senior UX & UI Designer to lead the design and optimisation of digital experiences across a fast-growing portfolio of brands in health, beauty, legal, and finance. This role combines creativity, data-led design, and technical collaboration to deliver websites and landing pages that not only look exceptional but convert powerfully.
The ideal candidate will bridge design thinking with commercial performance, turning insights, analytics, and audience behaviour into seamless user journeys that drive engagement and results. Working closely with the Creative Manager, Head of Creative, and in-house developers, you’ll bring together form and function to elevate every brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Creative & Strategic Design:
Own the UX and UI design process across multiple brands and markets, from concept to implementation. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that are both visually compelling and conversion-focused.
· Brand & System Consistency:
Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all sites and markets.
