Teaching Personnel is currently seeking Level 3 Nursery Assistant's to join our welcoming and supportive early years setting in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional who is committed to helping children aged 0–5 grow, learn, and thrive in a safe, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Provide high-quality care and individual support to children across all areas of development
Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff
Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress and development
Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
A warm, positive, and patient approach
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (we can assist)
