We are looking for an experienced telesales appointment setter to join our growing property investment team.
You will be calling from our existing database of UK and international property investors (UK, Hong Kong and other regions). All contacts have previously enquired with us, so this is not cold calling. However, many may not immediately recognise the brand, so confidence and clarity on the phone is essential.
Your role will include:
• Calling high volumes of warm investor leads
• Re-introducing our company and referencing their previous enquiry
• Testing current interest in property investment into the UK
• Briefly introducing relevant projects
• Offering to send brochures and information via email or WhatsApp
• Following up consistently
• Booking qualified appointments with a Senior Investment Consultant via Google Meet
• Basic CRM updates and admin

Compensation:
• Hourly base rate
• Bonus for every attended Google Meet appointment
• Additional bonus linked to revenue generated from your booked calls
Requirements:
• Proven telesales / appointment setting experience
• Comfortable making high volume calls daily
• Strong objection handling skills and ability to create urgency
• Confident communicator
• Relentless and consistent with follow ups
• Organised with basic admin ability
• Comfortable using WhatsApp and CRM systems
Property knowledge is not required. Communication skill, pace, resilience and professionalism are far more important.
Working hours:
Ideally available during UK office hours, though there is flexibility for a later start and flexibility on total hours.
We are only looking for experienced candidates who can perform at a high level and hit KPIs. The team is relaxed and friendly, but performance matters.
We have a proven model, product and system that has generated millions of dollars in revenue previously.
