We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Sheffield PFI team.
Hours:40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 08:30 am to 17:30 pm
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the Sheffield Schools team, supporting them in delivering high-quality facilities management services across PFI educational sites.
Your day to day will include:
* Managing the financial performance of contracts and maximising margin
* Leading a team of mobile/static workforce and subcontractors
* Developing client relationships to ensure contract retention and future opportunities
* Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KPIs and SLAs
* Attending monthly financial and performance review meetings
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:
* You have substantial practical experience, ideally within a PFI setting
* You hold relevant industry qualifications and a Managing IOSH Certificate
* You have strong communication skills and a good level of computer literacy
