Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant (or equivalent qualification) to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool, working within Key Stage 1.
Role Overview:
You will play a vital role in delivering targeted interventions in English, Maths, and Phonics, supporting pupils who need additional help to achieve their learning goals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to making a difference in children’s education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver small-group and one-to-one interventions in KS1.
* Support pupils’ progress in core subjects, following tailored plans.
* Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to track and report progress.
* Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
* Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
* Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally KS1.
* Strong knowledge of English, Maths, and Phonics strategies.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
