The Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting students within classroom lessons across a range of subjects
* Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
* Encouraging student participation, confidence, and engagement
* Supporting students with additional learning or behavioural needs
* Promoting positive behaviour and helping maintain a productive learning environment
* Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
* Supporting safeguarding and wellbeing procedures in line with school policies
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
