Proclinical is seeking an experienced SFE Analyst to support the continued development of commercial effectiveness and analytics capabilities within a growing international pharmaceutical organization. This role bridges Commercial Operations, Sales Effectiveness, and Business Analytics, driving data-driven decision-making across the business. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing field force performance, reporting infrastructure, targeting strategies, and generating actionable commercial insights.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze sales performance, field activity, and customer engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
3. Support segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, and field force effectiveness initiatives.
4. Monitor and analyze key commercial KPIs, including reach, frequency, execution, and performance metrics.
5. Assist with forecasting, deployment, and commercial planning activities.
6. Improve CRM reporting usability and data quality processes.
7. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
8. Generate actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
9. Support launch readiness and ongoing performance tracking for new products.

Key Skills and Requirements:

10. Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
11. Background in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Analytics, or Sales Operations.
12. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or SQL.
13. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce (advantageous).
14. Understanding of KPI frameworks, segmentation, targeting, and commercial performance management.
15. Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
16. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
