Site Administrator – Long Term Project in Marylebone * Rate: £14.50/hour (CIS/UTR) * Hours: 8am – 6pm * Duration: Long Term work We’re currently seeking a Site Administrator to join a long-term construction project based near Marylebone, Central London. Key Responsibilities: * Managing and updating project documents * Supporting the site team with day-to-day administrative duties * Using Excel for data entry, tracking, and reporting * Maintaining accurate site records * Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers where necessary * Ensuring documentation is filed correctly and efficiently Requirements: * Proficiency in Excel (including use of formulas and formatting) * Strong organisational and document control skills * Previous experience as a Site Administrator or Document Controller within construction * Experience using DataScope – a digital workforce management system used on construction sites to handle site inductions, access control, worker competencies, and health & safety compliance * CSCS Card is Desirable but not mandatory Job Details: * Start Date: ASAP * Location: Near Marylebone, Central London * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm * Rate: £14.50 per hour (CIS/UTR) * Duration: Long term – commitment required until the end of the project To apply, please submit your CV.
