Salary: Grade 5 from £29,450 to £33,313 (inclusive of London Weighting), pro‑ratio if part‑time. Potential progression to £35,054 per annum through sustained exceptional contribution.
Hours: Part‑time (17.5 hours per week)

Brunel University London is a leading multidisciplinary research‑intensive technology university founded in 1966. The Professional Work Experience Team (PWE) is seeking an enthusiastic and organised BSIP Administrator to support the award‑winning Brunel Summer Internship Programme (BSIP), a key access‑funded employability initiative aimed at widening participation students.
Responsibilities
* Support the day‑to‑day delivery of the BSIP, acting as a key point of contact for students, employers and colleagues.
* Coordinate communications and maintain accurate records and systems for the programme.
* Assist with events and workshops, monitor student engagement, and aid reporting and impact evaluation activities.
* Provide general programme support duties, including administrative tasks and project coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience in an administrative, programme support or student‑facing role.
* Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
* Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Teams).
* Experience of supporting projects, events or employability initiatives is advantageous.
