A leading transport and logistics group in Saudi Arabia is looking to bring on an experienced Finance Manager to support the continued growth of their operation. This is a pivotal role within one of the region’s fastest-growing logistics companies, offering real scope to influence both the strategy and financial integrity of the business.
The company has seen double-digit growth over recent years and is now scaling operations across multiple hubs in the Kingdom. As Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of core financial functions while working closely with operational leaders to ensure financial transparency and strong commercial decision-making.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team and play a key part in shaping the finance strategy of a business with major contracts across transport, freight, and logistics.

What you'll be doing:
* Lead financial strategy, planning, reporting, and performance across multiple business units and countries.
* Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax, and audit requirements across jurisdictions.
* Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for senior leadership.
* Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and loan negotiations.
* Drive digital transformation and automation of finance systems and processes.
* Build and develop a high-performing finance team through leadership and coaching.
* Work closely with operations to improve cost control and commercial planning.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to support business objectives.
* Serve as a key advisor to executive management on financial risks, opportunities, and investment planning.
What we're looking for:
* A qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent).
* At least 5 years’ experience, ideally including 2+ in a similar logistics, engineering, or industrial services environment.
* A hands-on finance leader who can influence at both board and operational level.
* Proven ability to manage audits, streamline processes, and build strong cross-functional partnerships.
* Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is an advantage.
