This fast-growing firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Commercial Property Team. This role can be based in Dundee or Edinburgh and involves working with a broad range of property clients including developers, investment clients, healthcare owners, universities, and other public bodies.
You will handle a varied workload including acquisitions and disposals, site development and assembly, bank security work, leasing, and related management transactions.
