The Role: • Provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND • Adapt classroom activities to meet individual learning needs • Support the implementation of EHCPs and Individual Education Plans (IEPs) • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies • Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons • Help promote pupils’ independence, confidence, and social skills The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Experience working within a primary school setting • Previous experience supporting children with SEND • A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach • Strong communication and teamwork skills • A genuine passion for supporting children’s development • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) If you are enthusiastic, dedicated, and ready to make a meaningful difference, we would love to hear from you.
