The Field TeamRecruitment and Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in thebusiness responsible for sourcing recruiting and onboarding newfield teams across all divisions. The primary objective is to meetthe business requirements by ensuring a steady influx of skilledfield teams.
Key Responsibilitiesand Objectives:
* Sourcerecruit and onboard new field teams in line with businessneeds.
* Liaise and coordinate with variousdepartments to facilitate the onboarding processeffectively.
* Conduct interviews anddocumentation verification for prospective fieldteams.
* Utilize various resources includingGoogle and local networks for team sourcing including coldcalling.
* Maintain effective communication andmanage stakeholders throughout the recruitment and onboardingprocess.
DaytoDayDuties:
* Coordinate withoperations team to ensure timely interviews and documentationcollection.
* Source new teams through onlineresearch and cold calling.
* Communicate withidentified teams to guide them through the onboardingprocess.

Who we are lookingfor:
* Proficiency inphone communication and confident in coldcalling.
* Ability to meet deadlines and manageworkload effectively.
* Strong communicationskills including escalation of issues and stakeholdermanagement.
* Experience inoffice environments.
* Proficiency in dataanalysis using Excel and reporting tools(desirable).
* Familiarity with Power BI(desirable).
* Experience in highvolumerecruitment or supply chain onboarding processes(desirable).
