Job Description:
As a Blender Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial blending machines to mix ingredients according to precise recipes and production standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor blending machines and equipment
* Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to production instructions
* Ensure proper blending of products based on recipes and batch records
* Maintain accurate records of batches and production logs
* Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas according to food safety standards
* Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control staff
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a food manufacturing or blending environment preferred
* Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
* Basic math and measuring skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work in a factory environment with varying temperatures
