What You’ll Do:
* Provide top-notch care and early education to children aged 3 months to 4 years
* Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive growth in a nurturing environment
* Build strong relationships with parents to ensure each child’s needs are met
* Work as part of a team to create a stimulating, positive atmosphere
* Keep accurate records to track children’s progress
What You Need:
* A relevant qualification in early years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent)
* Experience working in a nursery or similar early years setting
* A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A solid understanding of safeguarding
