Learning and Development Apprentice £15,300 Chelmsford, Essex Temporary, Full Time (FTC – 2 years) We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join us as a Learning & Development Apprentice on a two-year contract. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you build your skills and contribute to creating meaningful learning experiences across our organisation. What you'll be doing * Support the planning and delivery of training sessions and development programmes. * Help maintain accurate employee records and assist with reporting. * Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and update HR and Learning and Development systems. * Respond to basic queries from employees about training and development opportunities. * Assist with taking clear and confidential notes during HR meetings, such as investigations or employee relations discussions. * Work closely with the HR team to support wider people initiatives including recruitment support when required. What we are looking for * Interest in a career in Learning and Development. * Good communication and organisational skills. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally, including completing the Level 3 Learning and Development Practitioner Apprenticeship. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to work flexibly and as a member of a team. * Previous experience as an administrator or qualifications in administration are desirable.
