Your Mission:
As a Brakes Team Manager, you will:
* Lead and motivate a team of 8 – 12 Desk Based BDMs, helping each member reach their full potential.
* Collaborate with the Inside Sales Manager to execute the strategic plan for the department, contributing to exciting projects.
* Identify and manage pipeline opportunities to enhance revenue and elevate customer experiences.
* Energize your team to engage in incentives and process improvements, ensuring everyone understands their goals.
* Balance strategic planning, coaching, and training while meeting periodic KPI metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
We want someone who is:
* Experienced at the team manager or supervisor level, preferably in a contact centre, with a proven track record in new business development.
* Confident, self-motivated, and possesses a positive attitude with strong commercial acumen.
* Customer-centric in all interactions with customers, peers, staff, and suppliers.
* Equipped with excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Organized and able to thrive under pressure, prioritizing effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
