Key responsibilities include: Handling both inbound and outbound calls to process policy transactions.Ensuring customer and policy details are accurate, making updates when needed.Offering advice on policy options, cover levels, and additional extras.Addressing general queries, especially regarding letters or policy details.Providing clear, concise information on new and existing policies.Adhering strictly to compliance and call scripts.Identifying customer vulnerabilities and offering tailored support.Meeting and exceeding performance targets and KPIs.Completing required CPD hours to stay ahead in the industry.
