FP&A Manager Northwest London £90,000 + Bonus Opportunity CXS57326
Finatal are retained by a large cap Private Equity backed healthcare business searching an FP&A Manager to join them on their aggressive growth trajectory. In the depths of a mammoth buy and build journey, this role will be pivotal in providing transparency on business performance and future acquisitions. Ownership of a £100M P&L will be the core to this role, delivering the budget, forecasting and subsequent analysis required in a fast-growing multisite healthcare environment. The role requires someone with the grit and gravitas to business partner, face off to senior stakeholders including CEO, CFO and COO and alleviate pressures on the Director of FP&A following a successful implementation of a new ERP and Visualization tool.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver the budget through leadership together with DOD across the division
2. Deliver business and analysis and control as well as forecasting on clinics amongst others on the following areas
1. Sales
2. Cost of Goods Sales
3. Personnel Costs
4. Opex
5. Efficiency
3. Prepare results meetings and presentations on actuals and forecasting to C Suite
4. Responsible for production and analysis of accurate financial and management reports for operational management.
5. Propose measures for performance improvement of any nature and size, be it organic growth, cost reduction and capital efficiency improvement.
6. Assist with business case for acquisitions of new sites and subsequent integration.
Requirements:
* Qualified accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA with at least 8 years of qualified experience.
* Experience of working in an FP&A role within a PE backed/high-growth business with excess of £100M T/O
* Extensive experience of working with various ERPs and Power BI
* Extensive business partnering experience within all levels of the hierarchy, healthcare practice environment is preferred.
* Hands-on doer, consistent and willing to identify and execute improvements where identified.
* Experience of working within a heavy CAPEX/OPEX environment is beneficial.
* Multisite healthcare background is preferred but not mandatory.
* French/German/Spanish are useful for this role.
