At Goodwood, our Aviation business focuses on delivering world-class aviation experiences within a historic site rich with heritage.
You will assist with the busy operational needs of the flying school, acting as a Goodwood ambassador and providing high levels of customer service.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing customer service and information face-to-face and via phone/email regarding flying school products, aerodrome services, and event landing information.
2. Maintaining the flying school database and management system (Red Atlas), updating bookings and liaising with the engineering team about fleet checks.
3. Managing the daily flying programme, organizing the operations desk, handling instructor queries, and managing tech logs.
4. Handling duties at the operations desk, including cash handling, stock control, customer liaison, and managing landing fees and bookings.
Most importantly, you should be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to pilots, operators, guests, and visitors.
Basic pay is £12.21 per hour plus Holiday allowance, totaling approximately £13.68, including weekend shifts.
