This is a key role that ensures the smooth coordination of daily business operationsideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and regional sales communication. Manage complex travel arrangements, expense processing, office administration, and vendor relationships. Prepare professional reports, presentations, and market intelligence summaries to support regional sales strategy. Coordinate industry events, conferences, internal meetings, and leadership activities across the EMEA region. Support HR onboarding activities and ensure Health & Safety compliance within the Heathrow office. About You Were looking for someone who is: Highly organised, with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills. A confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams. Proactive, reliable, and able to manage changing business priorities. Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
