Job Description
3. Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
4. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes effectively.
5. Monitor and analyse financial data to provide insights for decision-making.
6. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits when required.
7. Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies to resolve issues promptly.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
9. Maintain and improve financial systems and processes for increased efficiency.
10. Provide support to senior management with ad hoc financial reports and analysis.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Financial Accountant should have:
11. Working towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA or CIMA) Part-Qualified Candidates/Finalists & QBE will be acceptable
12. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
13. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
14. Previous experience within the FMCG industry is desirable.
15. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
16. A proactive approach to improving processes and ensuring accuracy.
