Join Kingston University’s dynamic Student Recruitment and Marketing team as a Student Recruitment Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the journey of future students.
In this exciting and varied role, you’ll play a key part in delivering impactful UK recruitment and conversion activities -from building relationships with schools and colleges to coordinating engaging events and CRM communications. You’ll be part of a collaborative team focused on maximising lead generation and applicant conversion, helping Kingston University meet its strategic recruitment goals.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
* Experience supporting project delivery and/orevent coordination, ideally within education or a related sector.
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently and deliver clear, compelling messages to diverse audiences.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Analytical skills and confidence working with data.

Within this, the Student Recruitment and Admissions team plays a vital role in attracting and enrolling students from both the UK and overseas. Their responsibilities include promoting the University through marketing, outreach, and events; managing the full admissions process from application to enrolment; and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. This role focuses specifically on supporting recruitment and conversion activities within the UK market.
This is a full time, permanent position with a starting salary of £34,007 per annum.
