The successful candidate will join us as Curriculum Area Manager for Sociology, leading an established and highly effective team of subject specialists. You will play a key role within the wider faculty management group, contributing to strategic priorities and driving continuous improvement across the provision. With over 600 students studying A level Sociology, this is a large and thriving area. You will work alongside experienced colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment, with strong opportunities to share best practice and shape the direction of the curriculum. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your own expertise, ideas and leadership to an already successful team.
Alongside your leadership and teaching responsibilities, you will also act as a personal tutor, providing pastoral support and guidance to learners to ensure they are well supported to succeed.
