We’re hiring a commercially strong Sales Planner to join a global ad sales team managing multi-territory campaigns across EMEA & APAC.
If you have experience in media sales planning, ad sales operations, or account management within a broadcaster, OTT platform, digital publisher or media agency, this role offers strong exposure to international campaigns and revenue ownership.
Daily Work
* Build proposals, media plans & client presentations
* Manage campaigns end-to-end (booking, optimisation, reporting)
* Handle contracts, invoicing & revenue forecasting
* Coordinate clients, agencies & internal teams across territories
* Supervise a Sales Assistant
* Learn and use bespoke company wide programs
* Ad hoc use of Salesforce, GAM, Operative/FreeWheel/Mediaocean
We are Looking For:
* 2–6 years in media sales / ad sales ops
* High Attention to Details
* Adaptable with appetite for learning new skills
* Strong Excel, PowerPoint
* Experience with international campaigns
* English essential (European language a plus)
