Operations Director
who will play a crucial role in our growth and development as we scale our operations and expand our impact.

The Role

We are looking for a talented individual with
6–10 years of experience
, ideally from a
consulting or similarly high-paced background
, to become the cornerstone of our operations. This role offers significant
equity and growth opportunities

As Operations Director, you will manage projects, ensure effective communication between departments, and oversee data-driven planning and resource allocation. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be instrumental in scaling a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination


• Coordinate across tech, marketing, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of new features and campaigns


• Serve as the primary liaison between various departments and external partners, ensuring clear communication and follow-through

Strategic Operations Management


• Analyse operational data to support strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement


• Take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks, from project management to ensuring our teams have the support they need

Process Optimisation


• Develop and implement operational processes that support our growth trajectory


• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and executing solutions to improve overall performance

Resource Allocation


• Oversee resource planning and allocation across departments


• Ensure optimal utilisation of both human and technological resources to maximize productivity

Ideal Candidate Profile

Professional Background


• Strong background in operations, project management, and cross-functional coordination


• 6-10 years of experience, preferably from consulting or similarly high-paced environments


• Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders

Location and Commitment


• Located in Bracknell and interested in a role with significant equity and growth opportunities - working two days a week in the office

• Base salary of £60,000
