Key Responsibilities:
* Deal origination and screening: identify and assess software investment opportunities through sector and financial analysis
* Due diligence and execution: build financial models, conduct valuations, market and technology assessments, and support deal execution
* Portfolio value creation: work with portfolio management to drive operational improvements, M&A, and growth initiatives
* Sector research: develop insights into software trends and contribute to positioning the firm as a leading investor in technology
Candidate Requirements:
* 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or consulting with a focus on software and technology
* Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution
* Solid understanding of enterprise software subsectors such as SaaS, fintech, compliance, and healthcare IT
* Entrepreneurial mindset with collaborative approach, integrity, and pragmatic thinking
* Exposure to high-growth software investments in premium segments
* Work within a multi-strategy platform
* Hands-on involvement in portfolio companies with a value-oriented, operational approach
* Participation in upcoming flagship fundraisings and expansion initiatives
