We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the right parts are sourced for our customers. Responsibilities
* Sourcing the correct parts for vehicles.
* Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reordering when necessary.
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about parts availability, pricing etc.
* Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed recommendations to customers.
* Prepare estimates/invoices for customers.
Experience
* Previous experience in a parts advisory or similar role is highly advantageous.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
