Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full-time caseload of students from Pre-K to 5th grade.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to develop and implement tailored therapy plans.
* Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and identify ongoing needs.
* Provide engaging and effective direct speech and language therapy.
* Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and ensure compliance with IEP requirements.
Qualifications
* Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
* Minimum of 1+ years of experience in school-based settings, especially with Pre-K to 5th-grade students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
* Proficiency in conducting assessments and utilizing relevant therapy techniques.
