As a Void Officer, you’ll play a key part in helping applicants find their new home. You’ll represent Stockport Homes during property viewings, providing a positive first impression and ensuring customers feel supported throughout the process.
Attention to detail is essential. You’ll act as the crucial link between our contractors and internal teams, identifying and progressing any outstanding works to ensure properties are ready to re-let on time and to the highest standard.
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service. You should be able to communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and manage complex enquiries with professionalism. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure are essential. You should also be comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and adapting to changing business needs
