Role Summary: We are seeking a high-caliber Business Process Analyst to define, optimize, and oversee end-to-end processes within our Warehouse & Logistics business unit, reporting directly to the Managing Director of Warehousing & Logistics Europe. Your work will ensure process alignment with business goals and customer expectations, driving operational efficiency and cost savings across our European footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end processes for warehousing, transportation, and order fulfillment.
* Define process standards, KPIs, and SLAs.
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align operational goals.
* Monitor 3PL performance, identify improvements, and lead root cause analysis.
* Support transition and migration projects for onboarding new customers and partners.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize logistics systems (WMS, TMS, ERP).
* Maintain data accuracy and transparent reporting on KPIs.
* Communicate the impacts of process changes or disruptions.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or process ownership roles.
* Knowledge of 3PL operations, contracts, and performance management.
* Experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
* Strong analytical skills, process mapping, and continuous improvement experience.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and process design expertise.
* Vendor management and change management skills.
* Leadership and collaboration abilities.
