What you will do:
– Undertake a range of complex Occupational Therapy assessments with an occupational focus and the aim of reducing barriers to inclusion.
– Take responsibility for care planning throughout the entire process, ensuring every detail is considered.
– Manage a caseload, regularly monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating changes in an individual’s needs to ensure effective use of services and resources.
– Organise work activities, planning, and prioritising as necessary to meet statutory requirements and service priorities.
