DAP Project Manager
Position Overview
As a DAP Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple client-facing projects across a diverse portfolio of accounts. You will engage with clients from the initial scoping phase through to post-implementation support, ensuring successful outcomes, maximum value, and strong user adoption.
This role requires a confident, proactive leader who can manage complex projects under tight deadlines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Core Client-Facing Project Management
1. Lead the management of multiple concurrent projects across various client accounts.
2. Support project scoping during Pre-Sales and Discovery phases, ensuring clients fully understand the solution’s capabilities.
3. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures to ensure accountability for milestones and deliverables.
4. Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
5. Collaborate closely with internal teams through all stages — design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
