Duties
* Engage with customers face to face in their households providing knowledgeable assistance and product information to enhance their purchasing experience
* Conduct outside sales activities by visiting potential clients, managing territory accounts, and expanding our customer base through targeted outreach
* Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, addressing client needs, and upselling relevant products or services to maximize revenue
* Generate leads through cold calling
* Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits effectively
Skills
* Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management
* Expertise in business development, lead generation, and direct sales techniques including cold calling and inside sales approaches
* Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service abilities to build trust and close deals confidently
* Ability to conduct engaging pitches and technical sales presentations tailored to client needs
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making
* Effective communication skills for collaborating across teams including marketing, management, and technical support
