Your role will consist of managing and progressing a caseload of claims through the litigation process, in line with business and client parameters. Free Lunch once a month Career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Support Associate Handle inbound correspondence on pre and post litigated files Agree and monitor payment arrangements Review and collate client and Court documentation Review the prospects for each case and reach a conclusion in line with client interest Risk assess cases to identify potential issues, highlight to the relevant stakeholder Liaise with clients and Court for updates in relation to claim progression Facilitate Small claims Mediation Identify relevant enforcement on Post Judgment cases Ability to adhere to strict client confidentiality at all times Outbound calls on Defended cases to attempt settlement on cases To take advantage of this great opportunity you will need to: Be positive with a ‘team player’ attitude Have the ability to work autonomously Be confident making decisions in line with the client expectations and best interests Have the ability to work in a methodical and organised manner Have the ability to pro-actively manage your time and caseload Demonstrable attention to detail A willingness to learn and develop skillsets Previous legal or case management experience is preferred but not essential Ability to cope in a busy and fast paced working environment
