Site Agent – Rail & Civil Structures Location: Kent, Sussex & Wessex area Employment Type: Contract Morson & Vital are recruiting on behalf of a major rail infrastructure partnership delivering multidisciplinary civil and structural renewals across the Southern region. This is a fantastic role for someone who excels in pre‑construction, planning, engineering coordination and project management rather than day‑to‑day site supervision. You will be central to delivering safe, well‑planned, technically robust projects across a variety of rail structures. What You’ll Be Doing As a Site Agent, you will take ownership of multiple structures projects, leading all pre‑construction planning and engineering management activities.
