Head of Contact Centre – 12 Month Contract
Location: Leicester or Derby (with travel between the two)
Rate: £450-£550 day
Contract: 12 months
Start date: Immediate
We're seeking a Head of Contact Centre to join our clients Customer Service Leadership Team on a 12-month contract. You'll play a key role in driving a first-class customer experience while leading a large, multi-site team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a customer-focused team of 200+ across multiple sites.
Drive performance, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
Shape and deliver a first-class, multi-channel customer experience.
Support teams through change and continuous improvement.
Develop talent, nurture high performance, and embed a positive culture.
Requirements:
Proven track record in senior leadership within customer service/contact centres.
Experience leading large, multi-site teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
Data-driven approach with ability to develop and deliver business plans.
Experience driving transformation projects
Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.
