WFM Coordinator – Elior

What you’ll be doing
As Workforce Management Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for workforce management inquiries, providing support and guidance to colleagues, managers, and team leaders.
* System Admin and First Line Support: act as a point of contact for WFM-related queries, assist colleagues with downloading the Dayforce App and setting up Multi-Factor Authentication, support onboarding of new starters with correct system setup (e.g., shift templates/rotations), and escalate system issues or user problems to the WFM lead.
* Time and Attendance Checks: assist managers with approving hours, managing exceptions, and resolving queries.
* Reporting and Data Accuracy: run basic WFM reports (e.g., worked hours, absence summaries, shift coverage) and help identify data errors or gaps, performing regular data cleansing.
* Links with People Services and Operations: collaborate with HRSD, HRBPs, Payroll, and Ops Managers to align data; share updates on changes to hours, roles, or absences; assist in system rollouts, testing, or training sessions as needed.
* Usage Monitoring and Compliance: monitor WFM usage data to ensure adherence to operational processes and identify areas of non-compliance.
