What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning plans are met.
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
* Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies to promote engagement and achievement.
* Providing one-to-one or small group interventions to support academic and social development.
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to reviews of student progress.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational setting.
* Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions, such as autism or dyslexia support.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies.
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN-specific training, or equivalent).
