The organisation is recruiting for a Clinical Deputy Manager. The candidate should hold CQC registration and a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. The successful applicant will be required to hold a Nurses PIN.

The role involves providing support to staff and people supported, taking full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure the highest quality of care and support. The Deputy Manager will also work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
Location note: The Court is a residential, community-focused care home in Southend-on-Sea.
