Responsibilities
1. Work alongside the Head Teacher to set the vision for the school’s future.
2. Ensure the right staffing and plans are in place to support our pupils’ development.
3. Support children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.
4. Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive and resilient environment.
5. Contribute to creating a nurturing, well-resourced school environment.

Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status and previous teaching experience.
* Minimum of 2 years leadership and management experience.
* Strong commitment to improving teaching and learning quality.
* Understanding of positive behaviour strategies.
* Effective leadership and coaching skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to develop a strong staff team.
